Text a Review Link

1. Select Review Services & Message Type

Choose if you want to ask the customer to review your business on Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor or a combination of the three. Control whether you want to send your message and Review Link via text or email.

2. Enter Customer Info

Enter your customer’s first name, last name and phone number (or email).

3. Customize Your Message, Click Send!

Customize your message, or send the pre-loaded default message. Customized messages are more likely to lead to new reviews, so being creative is encouraged! Your message and Review Link are texted or emailed to your customer.

Customer Opens Review Link

The customer clicks on your Review Link and is brought to a page with your branding and links to the review sites you chose. The customer clicks through to your Google, Facebook or TripAdvisor Reviews page.

We use this intermediary page to track your Open Rate (when customers click your Review Link), which is an indicator of how well your messages are doing!
